Bee Foundation for Refugees Work Integration we strongly believe in the power of connection. As a Partner Manager, you play a crucial role in developing and managing strategic collaborations with external parties to support the goals of the Refugee Work Integration Foundation. This role includes building and maintaining relationships with companies, government agencies, NGOs, and other relevant organizations. Your location is our office in The Hague, where hybrid working is possible.

 

Activities

Develop Strategic Collaborations:

  • Identify and approach potential partners.
  • Develop collaborative strategies that align with the foundation's mission.

Relationship management:

  • Maintain and strengthen existing partner relationships.
  • Facilitate open communication and collaboration between the foundation and its partners.

Project coordination:

  • Coordinate joint projects and initiatives with partners.
  • Ensure the effective execution and monitoring of projects.

Fundraising and Resource Mobilization:

  • Work with the Fundraiser to obtain financial support from partners.
  • Identify opportunities for in-kind donations and other forms of support.

Reporting and Evaluation:

  • Report regularly to management on the progress and results of collaborations.
  • Assess the impact of partnerships and suggest improvements.

What do we expect from you

· Genuine interest in your fellow refugees and asylum seekers.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire others.

· Empathy, patience, and respect for diverse cultures, backgrounds, regardless of gender and creed.

· At least a bachelor's degree in business, communication, international relations or a similar field.

· Availability for at least 24 hours a week, with flexibility in working hours as an advantage.

· Living in the region of The Hague.

· Proficiency in Dutch.

· Proficiency in English.

· Knowledge of Arabic, Ukrainian or another language, for example, is an advantage.

· Control of Microsoft Office products.

· Experience as a fundraiser is an advantage.
