At Stichting Vluchtelingen Werkintegratie we strongly believe in the power of connection. Our mission is to support refugees, asylum seekers and status holders free of charge and without profit in preparing and supervising their first steps into the Dutch labor market so that they can achieve economic independence and better social integration. As an IT Specialist, you play a crucial role within our foundation. You are responsible for all IT systems that are used within our foundation. This includes our website, managing the office 365 environment, managing users, managing hardware and phones, and other (future) IT systems. In addition, we also want to set up an intra- and extranet environment.
Activities
- Managing our website developed in Webflow. So add new pages, make changes, post blogs, SEO, SEA, etc..
- Managing our office 365 environment.
- User management within all IT systems.
- Developing and managing an intra- and extranet environment.
- Managing other IT systems to be purchased in the future.
- Managing laptops, notebooks, phones, etc., that are used within our foundation.
- Supplier management related to IT.
- First and second line support to users.
What do we expect from you
- Controlling Microsoft Office 365 products.
- Experience with developing an intra- and extranet environment is a plus.
- Experience with developing websites (may also be in Wordpress).
- Entrepreneurial, not afraid to learn new things and go outside your comfort zone.
- Availability for up to 24 hours a week, with flexibility in working hours as an advantage.
- Proficiency in English.
- Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
